At TEAMMATE, we engineer our backpacks to be more than just carriers—they are high-performance tools designed for the modern explorer. Every backpack we produce is a result of meticulous technical design and the selection of premium, durable materials. We stand firmly behind the structural integrity of our gear.

1. The Assurance

Every TEAMMATE backpack is protected by a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is our promise that your backpack has been built to endure the rigors of your daily expedition.

2. Scope of Coverage

This warranty specifically covers the functional elements of your backpack, including:

  • Structural Integrity: Failure of seams, stitching, or primary construction that compromises the backpack’s utility.

  • Hardware & Fasteners: Defects in technical hardware, including zippers, buckles, strap adjusters, and sliders.

  • Load-Bearing Components: Structural failures in shoulder straps, grab handles, or harness systems under normal use.

3. Our Commitment

If your backpack fails due to a manufacturing defect, our technical team will conduct a thorough evaluation. At our discretion, we will:

  • Restore: Expertly repair the backpack using original or equivalent components to return it to our high standards.

  • Replace: Provide a pristine new unit if the damage is beyond technical restoration.

4. Exclusions

To maintain the standards of our craftsmanship program, this warranty does not cover:

  • Natural Wear & Tear: Cosmetic abrasions, minor fabric pilling, or the natural fading of colors over years of use.

  • Misuse & Accidents: Damage resulting from airline mishandling, overloading beyond capacity, accidents, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or third-party repairs performed on the backpack.

5. The Claim Protocol

Should your backpack require technical attention, our Digital Concierge is ready to assist.

  1. Contact us at teammate.bd@gmail.com with high-resolution imagery of the issue and your proof of acquisition.

  2. Our specialists will evaluate the claim within 3–5 business days.

  3. Upon authorization, we will provide you with specific instructions for the next steps.

6. Logistics & Governance

For authorized claims, the patron is responsible for the secure shipment of the backpack to our inspection suite. Once the restoration or replacement is finalized, TEAMMATE will facilitate the complimentary return shipping to you as part of our commitment to your satisfaction.
